Simple Exercises to Move From Compulsiveness to Consciousness

How can we move from more to nothing, from future to now, from there to here?

 

I invite you to take a moment to stop here, close your eyes, take 3 deep breaths. Open your eyes and smile for 10 seconds.

 

Feeling better?

Everyday we are pushing ourselves so hard to achieve something, it gets more and more becoming a never ending task and we would feel depleted most of the time. And we these seems to be automated with a habit of compulsive thinking, eating, drinking, or smartphone usage etc. Don’t you find these patterns are repeated in life?

If you are looking for a way out or rather a transformation, this might be one for you. Dear beloved, it is time to look inward.

All you need to do is give yourself a chance to reset and reboot. Can you do your best to reset yourself daily?

  • Let’s grab our phone,
  • set timer for 1 minute,
  • put down the phone,
  • close your eyes,
  • be in silence until the phone rang.
  • A simple start.
